Returns

At ruti ruti, we take great care in the design and packaging of our products to ensure a premium, hygienic experience.  Due to the nature of human hair extensions, all products are considered hygiene items and are eligible for return only if they remain unopened and unused, with the original packaging and seal fully intact.  Once the packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken, the product is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Try Before You Commit

Each set includes a color + length test weft designed to help you confidently match before fully opening the product.  We strongly recommend testing this piece prior to opening the full set, as opening the main packaging will make the item ineligible for return.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7-14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@rutiruti.com with your order number.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.  To ensure the best match we recommend using our color guide and testing the included weft before opening.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please c contact us within 3-5 days of delivery at hello@rutiruti.com.  Include: Order number, Description of the issue, Clear photos of the products nd packaging.  We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.  If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non refundable.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect

Final Sale

The following are final sale and not eligible for return: any opened products, products with broken seals, items marked final sale

Additional Notes

Slight variations in color and texture are normal due to the nature of human hair.  We are not responsible for color mismatch if the test weft was not used prior to opening.  Product longevity depends on proper care and maintenance.
