We make every effort to display product colors, textures, lengths, and other details as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.
Because ruti ruti extensions are made with human hair, slight variations in color and texture are natural and are not considered defects.
Orders
By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, pricing or product information errors, or product availability.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors, including after an order has been submitted. If an error affects your order, we will contact you regarding the available options.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, or other disruptions.

Returns & Refunds
All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Due to the hygienic nature of human hair extensions, products are eligible for return only when they meet the requirements outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Opened or used products and products with broken seals are not eligible for return.
Each eligible extension set includes a color + length test weft so you can evaluate your match before opening the full set. We strongly recommend using the test weft before opening the main packaging.

Product Care & Use
Product longevity and appearance depend on proper use, styling, care, and maintenance.
Customers are responsible for following the care and application guidance provided by ruti ruti. Damage caused by improper care, use, storage, coloring, chemical processing, excessive heat, or other treatment is not considered a product defect.
