Returns

At ruti ruti, we take great care in the design and packaging of our products to ensure a premium, hygienic experience.

Due to the nature of human hair extensions, all products are considered hygiene-sensitive items.

To remain eligible for a return, the full set, excluding the designated test weft, must remain unopened, unworn, unaltered, and unused. All neon ties on the full set must remain intact.

If any neon tie has been removed, cut, broken, or otherwise tampered with, the product is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Try Before You Commit

Each set includes a color + length test weft designed to help you confidently confirm your color and length before opening the full set.

You may remove the designated test weft from its netting to compare it to your natural hair. Doing so does not affect your eligibility for a return or exchange, as long as the remainder of the set stays unopened and unused with all neon ties fully intact.

Return + Exchange Window

Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

Color Exchanges

We are happy to offer a color exchange if your shade isn't quite right.

To be eligible, the full set, excluding the designated test weft, must remain unopened, unworn, and unused with all neon ties fully intact.

You may remove the designated color + length test weft from its netting to determine whether you need a different shade.

To request a color exchange, contact hello@rutiruti.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and the shade you would like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Return Requirements

All returns and exchanges must meet the following requirements:

• The full set, excluding the test weft, must be unopened, unworn, unaltered, and unused
• All neon ties on the full set must remain intact
• The product must be returned in its original white box
• The velvet bag must be included
• The teasing comb must remain unopened
• All original packaging and included items must be returned

Products that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery at hello@rutiruti.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale

The following are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Full sets with removed, cut, broken, or tampered neon ties
• Used, worn, or altered products, other than the designated test weft
• Items marked final sale

Additional Notes

Slight variations in color and texture are normal due to the nature of human hair.

We are not responsible for color mismatch if the designated test weft was not used to confirm your match before opening the full set.

Product longevity depends on proper care and maintenance.
